OC-Sensor io is a compact-sized fecal immunochemical test analyzer. The operation is simple as just pressing “start” is required for analyzing. The throughput is 88 tests per hour and continuous loading of samples, latex reagent and cuvettes is available during analysis.

Compact body, high performance
OC-SENSOR io is a compact-sized and fully automated fecal occult blood test (FOBT) analyzer. The operation is simple as just pressing “start” is required for analyzing. The throughput is 88 tests per hour, and moreover, continuous loading samples, latex reagent and cuvettes is available during analysis.

Operation procedure
1. Set the sample racks, cuvettes and latex reagent.

2. Press START button on the touch panel.
3. The first test result will be printed out in 7 minutes. 88 tests can be analyzed an hour.

Squeeze-up system
The filtered sample goes into the sample cup part when squeezed by the instrument, then sampled into the reaction cuvette. Only filtered sample solution is dispensed for analysis.

Eiken Quality Control Survey (EQCS)
We offer an external quality assessment service (Eiken Quality Control Survey; EQCS) for OC-SENSOR users through our local distributors. The service started in 1995 and currently more than 1500 laboratories from 20+ countries participate in the program every year. EQCS supports laboratories to assess their performance objectively by comparison of the testing results among the participants.
