Shareholder Return Policy

The Company's management objectives are to strengthen its financial position and enhance its corporate value on a sustainable basis through actively develop its business and positions the continuous return of profits to shareholders as one of its most important management measures, and its basic policy is to distribute profits by paying dividends twice annually in the form of an interim dividend and a year-end dividend.

Shareholder Benefits Program

We have decided to introduce the Shareholder Benefits Program as one of our priority measures to expand our base of individual shareholders who hold our stock over the medium to long term, aiming to enhance the investment appeal of our stock and broaden our shareholder base.

The first record date will be March 31, 2027.

Description of Shareholder Benefits Program

Shareholders recorded in the shareholder register as of March 31 each year who have continuously held 500 or more shares for at least three years are eligible for QUO Card Pay benefits, with the amount determined by the length of their holding period.

* The share ownership period refers to the period during which a holding of 500 shares or more has been continuously registered or recorded under the same shareholder number in our register of shareholders as of the record dates (the last day of March and the last day of September). For the purposes of the respective categories of years of continuous share ownership, a period of three years or more is defined as having been continuously registered or recorded in our register of shareholders as of the record dates (the last day of March and the last day of September) for seven or more consecutive record dates; a period of five years or more, 11 or more consecutive record dates; and a period of 10 years or more, 21 or more consecutive record dates.
