Through these programs, we aim to connect the growth of individual employees to growth for the Company as a whole.
In August 2019, Eiken Chemical announced the “Declaration of Healthy Management,” a plan which aims to enable to keep all employees healthy and cheerful in their work every single day. This policy established a “Healthy Management Promotion System” as a coordinated effort of the Company and its employees, and a variety of other systems have been created as well.
