Promotion System for CSR
By adopting the structure of a corporation with committees, the EIKEN Group has separated the supervisory function and executive function of management. In addition to realizing prompt management decisions and administrative action by executives, the Board of Directors and 3 committees (Nomination Committee, Compensation Committee, Audit Committee) perform periodic audits for the efficiency of administration and seek to realize management with high levels of transparency and fairness.
We have established the EIKEN Group Business Code of Conduct and the Compliance Rules as standards to ensure that employees comply with laws, regulations and guidelines while acting based on social norms. Each employee performs daily work and implements CSR based on constant awareness and full understanding of these behavioral rules.
Furthermore, CSR is implemented by the Risk Management & Compliance Committee, the Clinical Research Ethics Committee and the Environmental Management Committee.
